   • I know sulindac is an NSAID used for arthritis and some short-term joint or tendon pain.
   • I use the lowest dose that controls my symptoms for the shortest time needed.
   • I tell my care team about ulcers, bleeding, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, or asthma.
   • I do not use sulindac around heart bypass surgery or if aspirin or another NSAID caused a serious reaction.
