   • I use it at age 50+. At 65+, FDA approval is based on immune response; more studies must confirm the clinical benefit.
   • I report severe allergy to mFLUSIVA or its parts, such as polyethylene glycol (PEG). I review any severe past vaccine reaction.
   • I list all medicines, vitamins, and allergies. I flag immune drugs, blood thinners, bleeding problems, and past fainting.
