   • I give my baby Rotarix to help prevent rotavirus, a cause of severe diarrhea and vomiting.
   • I know two doses help prevent fluid loss and hospital care. This is a live vaccine for babies.
   • I do not let my baby get it with SCID (a severe immune problem), past intussusception (bowel blockage), or severe allergy to this vaccine.
   • I bring my baby's birth date, vaccine record, and list of medicines, vitamins, supplements, and allergies.
