   • I know this biologic helps prevent severe asthma attacks by blocking a signal that can start airway swelling.
   • I know it may also treat poorly controlled chronic sinus disease with nasal polyps in people age 12 and older.
   • I know this is a maintenance medicine, not a rescue medicine, and it will not stop a sudden asthma attack.
   • I keep using my other asthma or sinus medicines unless my specialist tells me to change them.
