   • I check FDA use: age 65+, or ages 12–64 with a high-risk health problem. Use outside this is off-label.
   • I avoid this shot after a severe PEG or Moderna shot allergy. I report past heart inflammation, fever, or fainting.
   • I list all medicines, vitamins, herbs, and allergies. I report blood thinners and a weak immune system.
